Race pack pick-up

Contest packages can be picked up on Wednesday (September 20) from the KAUFLAND Barbu Vacarescu store between 12:00-19:00 OR Friday (September 22), between 16:00-18:00, from the start area of the MTB Academy Cup race, from Str. Richard (coordinates 45.267162, 25.019316).    
 

ONLY participants residing outside Bucharest have the opportunity to pick up their participation packages from the starting area on the day of the race, according to the official schedule.

Trail Marking
The trail will be finalized and prepared for the race on the day of the event. In an effort to protect the forests and natural areas where we operate, trail marking will not be excessive. In this regard, please consult the trail map before the race, pay attention to existing signs, and follow the instructions of the volunteers. Trail marking information will be communicated through the Participant's Guide in the week of the event.

The Short route is designed for children under 13 years old or riders participating in MTB races for the first time who are not yet well-prepared to complete the Standard route. All participants will complete the route only once. The following competitive MTB races are available for registration:
 
KIDS RACES
 
- Level 4 | Male for age categories 5-7, 8-10, and 11-13 years old
- Level 4 | Female for age categories 5-7, 8-10, and 11-13 years old
 
AMATEURS
 
- Level 4 | Male, Level 3 | Male - OPEN category races
- Level 4 | Female, Level 3 | Female - OPEN category races
 
The route presented is the one used in the last edition of the event. No major updates are planned for 2023. In its final form, the route may undergo changes compared to the version presented below. Any major changes will be communicated accordingly through the website and email.
