Race kits can be picked up on Thursday (April 20) or Friday (April 21) from the KAUFLAND Barbu Vacarescu store between 12:00-19:00. ONLY participants residing outside Bucharest have the option to pick up their race kits directly from the starting area, on the day of the race.

Route Marking

The route will be finalized and prepared for the competition on the day of the event. In an attempt to protect the forests and natural areas in which we operate, the marking will not be excessive. In this regard, please consult the route map before the race, pay attention to the signs that exist and follow the instructions of the volunteers. The route marking will be communicated through the Participant's Guide, during the week of the event.

Route Access

Outside the event, access to the route is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, for safety reasons, according to the provisions of the Forestry Code.

The Short Route is intended for children under the age of 13 or riders who are new to MTB racing, who are not yet well enough prepared to complete the Standard route. All participants will cover the route only once. The following competitive MTB races are available for registration:

KIDS RACES

- Level 4 | Boys for age cat. 5-7, 8-10 and 11-13 years

- Level 4 | Girls for age cat. 5-7, 8-10 and 11-13 years

AMATEURS
 
- Level 4 | Men, OPEN type race
 
- Level 4 | Women, OPEN type race

  • 08.30: Closing of the participation packages pick-up for riders registered on the Short route
  • 09.00: Start for children and for riders registered on the Short route
  • 10.00: Closing of the participation packages pick-up
  • 10.45: Time limit for completing the Short route, checked at km 9
  • 11.00: Start in waves for the competitors registered on the Standard route
  • 11.30: Time limit for completing the Short route, checked at km 13
  • 11.30: Award ceremony and raffle for Kids Races
  • 12.00: Start of the program with the public in Extreme Park Cernica (after this time, an access fee will be charged for any entry/re-entry into the Race Village area)
  • 14.00: Time limit for completing the Standard route, checked at km 25
  • 14.30: Award ceremony for all other races
  • 15.00: Raffle
