Course Marking
The course will be finalized and prepared for the race on the day of the event. In an effort to protect the forests and natural areas where we operate, the marking will not be excessive. Therefore, we kindly ask you to review the course map prior to the race, pay attention to the existing signs, and follow the instructions of the volunteers. Details regarding course marking will be communicated via the Participant's Guide during the week of the event.
How to Reach the Start Area?
Access to the Course
Access to the course outside of the event is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for safety reasons, in accordance with the provisions of the Forest Code.
The KIDS course is designed for children under 13 years old who are participating in their first MTB races and are not yet ready to compete in rankings alongside other children on the Short course. All participants will complete the course only once.
We recommend that each child is accompanied by at least one adult. Accompanying persons must also register for the event, including the payment of the participation fee.

The Short course is intended for children under 13 years old or riders participating for the first time in MTB races, who are not yet sufficiently prepared to complete the Standard course. All participants will complete the course only once.
WE RECOMMEND THAT EACH CHILD BE ACCOMPANIED BY AT LEAST ONE PERSON.
It is necessary for accompanying persons to also register for the race, including payment of the participation fee.
The following competitive MTB races are available for registration:
KIDS RACES (COMPETITIVE / WITH RANKINGS)- Level 4 | Male for age categories 5-7, 8-10, and 11-13 years
- Level 4 | Female for age categories 5-7, 8-10, and 11-13 years
- Registrations reserved for CHILD COMPANIONS, in the race: CHILD COMPANION | Short Route | 18+ years | Non-competitive

*Your entry is validated (confirmed) only after the payment is confirmed in the system. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your race number only after proper validation.
LIMITED SPOTS
The 2025 edition of the event will have a cap of 1,750 participants to ensure a well-balanced competition experience.
REGISTRATION FOR CHILDREN AGED 5 TO 13
Each child must have a personal account on the Riders Club platform, created by a parent/guardian, who will also handle the event registration. We recommend that all children are accompanied on the course. One adult may accompany multiple children. The accompanying person must also be registered for the event (validated payment) in one of the available races for companions.
FAMILY REGISTRATIONSWe offer a 25% discount for families of at least three members: two parents and a child or one parent and two children. Here's how it works:
- Register all family members in the system (make the reservations).
- Send an email to contact@ridersclub.ro with registration details, including the rider IDs (available in personal profiles) or the email addresses linked to the Riders Club accounts.
- We will confirm the application of the discount. Afterward, you will be able to access your accounts and complete the payment.
A close family member (grandparents, uncles, etc.) can also register in place of a parent.
On-site registrations for this event are NOT available.
RAFFLE
All race participants will be automatically entered into the event raffle. Winners will be selected via randomization (random.org). If you are among the winners, you must present your race number to claim your prize. Details about the prizes will be provided as the race day approaches.
